How I look after your details

What I collect

• What you type into the booking form: your name, WhatsApp number, the town and street of your flat, your flat type, and when your 5 year minimum is up.
• Basic website data: things like your browser type, device and the pages you visit, through cookies or similar tools, so I can see how the page is used and how people found it.

How I use it

• To prepare your numbers and arrange your Roadmap session.
• To contact you by WhatsApp about your session.
• To improve this page and my advertising.
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements, including those that apply to property agents.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your details. I may share them with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd for record keeping and compliance, with the service providers who help me run this page and my messages, and with others where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your details and keep them only as long as I need them for these purposes or as required by law. No system is completely secure, but I'll always handle your information with care.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the details I hold about you.
• Ask me to correct anything that's wrong.
• Withdraw your consent for me to contact you or use your details. I'll stop, and let you know if it affects anything I'm helping you with.
